The transformation of the West Lawns will consist of 18 brand new luxury holiday homes, with a choice of a 10 or 11 month season.  All our holiday homes include full commissioning, connection to water, electrics and piped gas.  All are supplied with balcony style steps and full skirting to hide unsightly pipe-work.  Each plot has its own parking, and garden and a 15 year BH & HPA Contract is applicable.

• The first years ground rates will be included in the package price on purchasing your holiday home.


• The package price of your holiday home depends on the make and model that you choose to buy. Delivery to site, connection of all services (water, drains, electric, gas).  Standard decking steps to one door, and skirting around the bottom of the holiday home to hide unsightly pipework..


• Electric and gas are piped straight to your holiday home, and metered. You will receive bills twice a year.  All other costs such as water rates and rubbish removal are included within the yearly ground rate.


• Ground rate for the full season is due on 7th March each year.


• Should you wish to rent out your holiday home during the peak season we can arrange this for you.
