- The above tariff applies to a car and caravan, a motor home or a car with a trailer or ridge tent and two people. One additional car, pup tent, gazebo per pitch is allowed at the above cost (base constrainsts may apply).
- September and October SPECIAL - £80 per week for fully serviced pitch and £70 per week for serviced pitch (extras apply)
- Serviced pitch has electric.
- Fully serviced pitch has electric, water and drain.
- RV Pitch for vehicles up to 36ft includes water, waste disposal & electric.
- We have a small number of large non electric pitches available (peak season only) where a 10% discount on the pitch price will be applied.
- The use of breathable groundsheets in awnings on all pitches is compulsory. Any person found to be using any other form of ground cover or using mats or alike on grass will asked to remove them or will otherwise be asked to leave.
- You may occupy your pitch from 12 noon. Pitches must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure to allow for maintenance.
- It is your responsibility to disclose at the time of arrival any additional people, cars, dogs, pup tents, or gazebos not previously included on the booking form.
- We will try to allocate your favoured booked pitch but due to any unforeseen circumstances, no guarantees can be given.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
- £5.00 per night deposit is required per pitch.
- Provisional telephone booking shall be held for 7 days. If no deposit or payment is received within that time the booking will lapse.
- Site fees are due 28 days (four weeks) before arrival for dates specified by you for July and August and on arrival at all other times and are not refundable. We reserve the right to re-let your pitch if your balance is not paid in full 28 days prior to the start of your holiday. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures, for whatever reason.
